    INSPITE OF MAKING PAYMENT OF RS. 400 AS AGAINST THE PAYMENT OF RS. 301 ON 24TH OCT.'11 BY ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD OWNED BY MY HUSBAND GAURANG DIVECHA, THE PAYMENT WAS CONFIRMED BY ICICI BANK OF THE SAME.

    I AM GETTING SMS , MAILS AND CALLS 28TH OCT.'11 ONWARDS FROM THEM NOW CHARGING ME WITH LATE FEES BILL AMOUNTING TO RS. RS 361.

    I HAVE GIVEN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE THE DETAILS OF THE SAME, WHICH ARE AS FOLLOWS.

    PAYED AT: BHARATI AIRTEL LTD., SPAN LANDMARK, OPP.APPLE HERITAGE, ANDHERI KURLA ROAD, CHAKALA, ANDHERI (E), MUMBAI 400093
    DATE: 24/10/11 RECEIPT NO: 87115
    CUSTOMER NAME: AMIESHA
    PAYMENT BY CARD: ICICI BANK, MR. GAURANG DIVECHA.......CARD NO. XXXX XXXX XXXX 1017 SWIPE, CARD TYPE: MASTERCARD, EXP. DATE: 08/13, APPR CODE: 556731, REP. NO.: 000000000801, AMT. RS. 400. ON AC OF: 02240157945.
    NAME OF THE EXECUTIVE WHOM I MADE THE PAYMENT AND WHO SIGNED THE RECEIPT IS NILES.

    THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES ARE INSISTING THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PAYMENT IN SPITE OF ALL THESE DETAILS AND ARE INSISTING THAT I MAKE THE PAYMENT WITH LATE CHARGES.

    SIR LET ME BRING THIS TO YOUR NOTICE THAT THIS IS THE COMPANY'S MODUS OPERANDI, I HAVE FACED SIMILAR PROBLEM WITHE SAME BRANCH WHERE I MADE AN ANNUAL PAYMENT AGAINST MY BROADBAND IN THE MONTH OF SEP'11. I HAD MADE THE PAYMENT BY CHEQUE AND DROPPED THE SAME IN THE DROP BOX INDICATED BY THEIR EXECUTIVE. I HAD TO PAY AGAIN WITH LATE FEES,AS THEY HAD MISPLACED THE CHEQUE! WE END UP PAYING FOR THEIR EMPLOYEES MISTAKE!!

    TO MY SURPRISE I GOT A CALL TODAY(10/11/11) AGAIN AT 15.08 HRS. SAYING THAT I HAD NOT MADE PAYMENT ON TIME SO NOW I HAVE TO PAY LATE FEE CHARGES,
    MY ACCOUNT NO.IS 15873845 AND MY LAND LINE NO.IS 02240157945.

    PLS. REGISTER MY COMPLAINT AS THE EXECUTIVES AT AIRTEL ARE NOT RESPONDING TO MY COMPLAINTS MADE WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES AND ALWAYS INSISTING ON ME MAKING THE PAYMENTS.

    1. Airtel is facing some problem in their service ..
      they respond to our problem but they take time
      dont worry ur problem will be solved and when the isssue is solved ask them to place another complaint that
      i hav wasted a lot of waste of time due to ur tecnical problem for which they will pay u in return of time ...
      they hav paid me a talktime of ₹30 for problem in sms pack for 10 dyas so dont wry ..
      n sry for late relpy i was bisy in my xams
